Privacy Notice

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you enter (such as your name, work email, organization, role and message), the page you submitted from, and, if present, the campaign parameters in the link you followed (for example utm_source) and the referring website. Our server also records your IP address with the submission to help prevent abuse.

How we use it

Only to respond to your inquiry, to prepare a proposal or arrange a conversation you asked for, and to understand which pages and channels bring relevant inquiries. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your separate consent.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored on a server we control and forwarded by email to the Finov8X inbox. Access is limited to Finov8X.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we enter into an engagement, in which case they form part of the engagement records.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics are enabled, they count page views and button clicks in aggregate without identifying individual visitors.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent by emailing finov8x@gmail.com.
